I am Jessica Pereira! I was born and raised in Acre, and believe me, that shaped me in a unique way. For a long time, I thought I would need to work three times as hard to be on the same level as people from other regions of Brazil and the world. I have always been extremely curious, which led me to fall in love with a variety of topics and allowed me to be part of diverse projects.
Starting from scratch is a challenging process that required a lot of dedication and sacrifice. In my 16-year career, I have had experiences in the public sector, legal sector, third sector, innovation, business management, internationalisation, and much more! In addition, I have been awarded several scholarships, fellowships, and leadership programmes.
And within each of these experiences, I discovered that what I love most in life is sharing what I have learned and helping others find their way, develop their potential, and build access to the opportunities of their dreams! This is something I would have loved to have had while I was on my professional journey.
Over the past seven years, I have mentored young people from more than eight countries in charting their careers. My goal is for each of them to be able to trust in an authentic version of themselves and in what they want to leave as their legacy in the world, combining purpose with a successful career!
